GUIDELINES
♪ Be regular to the class.
♪  Class duration will be 45 minutes per class and come to the class 10 minutes early.
♪  Get clarified all your doubts during the class hours and maintain the discipline during the class hours.
♪  Need to practice daily at home at least 30 minutes without fail.
♪  School working days from Monday to Sunday.
♪  For any reason if school remain closed by itself, (except Government Holidays). The same will be compensated on Saturday or Sunday for you need to attend the class without fail.

PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING
♪  Monthly fees can be paid by Cash, Cheque, Google pay, Phone pay or Paytm.
♪  Cheque or cash may be submitted to the office. Receipts are not issued unless the request is made in person.

TUITION PAYMENTS
♪  REGULAR TERM CLASSES will include monthly Tuition Fee, due before the first class. The tuition fee has to be paid monthly, without regard to the number of classes per month.
♪ Monthly fees for the each category should be paid on or before the date of joining.
♪  If you have attended minimum 2 classes for the whole month, for which you need to pay full monthly fees.
♪  Tuition fees will be prepaid.

REGISTRATION FEES
♪  Rs.1000 as registration Fees is non-refundable, and fees for the current month need to pay at the time of admission.
♪  For PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS: If a student drops, the Registration Fee will not be charged, if and when the student re-enrols.

RETURNED CHEQUES
♪  Returned checks will incurextra charge.

DROP POLICY
♪  3 days DROP NOTICE can be given at any time of the month. Notice must be given to the office in writing or phone, from the student or parent.
♪  Tuition charges are applied throughout the duration of the DROP period.
♪  During the DROP period, students are encouraged to continue attending classes and lessons, and in many cases may be re-enrolled at your request at no additional cost.
♪  DROP classes should not carry forward to next month.

REFUNDS
♪ Registration fee refunds are only available if the student withdraws 24 hours before the class has begun.

PHOTO RELEASE
♪  We may use the student’s photo without their name on our website, in performance videos, and in publications.
